Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 11 years as a procurement assistant

After a layoff as a procurement assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
