Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 10 years as an accountant

I sent 10 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
