Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 10 years as a line cook

After a layoff as a line cook I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
