Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 10 years as a graphic designer

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
