Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? after 10 years as a customer-service rep

After a layoff as a customer-service rep I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
