Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?, administrative assistant here

After a layoff as an administrative assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
