Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
