Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

I sent 3 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
