Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
