Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 9 months and counting

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Dallas, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
