Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 8 months and counting

I have been out of work for 5 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to burden my family.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
