Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 8 months and counting

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and this week has been the hardest. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
