Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 8 months and counting

After a layoff as an accountant I am finding mornings difficult. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
