Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

I have been out of work for 13 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
