Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

After a layoff as a school bus driver I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
