Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 5 months and counting

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been a long 4 weeks. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
