Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 5 months and counting

I sent 15 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am in Nashville, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
