Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 5 months and counting

After a layoff as a line cook I am finding mornings difficult. Thank you in advance. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
