Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

After a layoff as a logistics coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
