Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

After a layoff as a mechanic I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
