Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

After a layoff as a web developer I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to burden my family.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
