After a layoff as a warehouse supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a warehouse supervisor before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
