Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 4 months and counting

After a layoff as an insurance claims processor I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
