Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 4 months and counting

I have been out of work for 21 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
