Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 4 months and counting

I sent 17 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
