Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 3 weeks in

I sent 13 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
