Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 3 weeks in

After a layoff as a bank teller I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
