Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 3 months and counting

After a layoff as a bookkeeper I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
