Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 26 weeks in

After a layoff as a line cook I am finding mornings difficult. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
