Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 25 weeks in

I have been out of work for 25 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
