Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 24 weeks in

I have been out of work for 24 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
