Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 2 weeks in

I have been out of work for 2 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
