Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 2 months and counting

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
