Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 2 months and counting

After a layoff as an administrative assistant I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 26 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
