Rough week after the layoff, anyone else?

I have been out of work for 5 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
