Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 16 weeks in

After a layoff as a barista I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
