Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 15 weeks in

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
