Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 14 weeks in

After a layoff as a web developer I am finding mornings difficult. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
