Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 14 weeks in

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
