Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 14 weeks in

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
