Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 12 months and counting

After a layoff as a recruiter I am finding mornings difficult. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
