Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 12 months and counting

After a layoff as a graphic designer I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
