Rough week after the layoff, anyone else? - 11 months and counting

I sent 6 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
