Plant closing and notice period questions - first time posting

Our team was told about a closure date that is 24 weeks away. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They offered a retention bonus for people who stay. Has anyone been through this?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
