Plant closing and notice period questions - first time posting

Our team was told about a closure date that is 13 weeks away. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not know if I should start looking now or wait for severance news. Has anyone been through this?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
