Plant closing and notice period questions - first time posting

Our team was told about a closure date that is 10 weeks away. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some colleagues are already leaving. Should I stay for the bonus?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
