Plant closing and notice period questions

Our team was told about a closure date that is 22 weeks away. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They offered a retention bonus for people who stay. Should I stay for the bonus?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
