Plant closing and notice period questions - any advice?

Our team was told about a closure date that is 25 weeks away. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some colleagues are already leaving. Has anyone been through this?

Write down key dates and keep copies of the notice. Mine helped when a question came up later.
