Plant closing and notice period questions - any advice?

Our team was told about a closure date that is 15 weeks away. Any experience at all would help. I do not know if I should start looking now or wait for severance news. Should I stay for the bonus?

Start your search early. I wish I had begun the day of the notice.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
