Plant closing and notice period questions - any advice?

Our team was told about a closure date that is 25 weeks away. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some colleagues are already leaving. Has anyone been through this?

Write down key dates and keep copies of the notice. Mine helped when a question came up later.
